Sometimes life seems anything but. And well, right now is one of those times.
Too typical after a year in Iraq though.
Well mostly that's the reason I haven't written. Cause I'd just probably depress y'all. I suppose it's typical around times of change and when you get tired of doing what you've been doing. But that still doesn't change how much i hate feeling that way.
Oh well, it doesn't change the fact that I can't wait to get back no matter what hard times may lie ahead. So, just a few more months.. And forgive my silence for the next few months I might not talk much for the next few months.

Thanks for the post, Son. I can't imagine how it is being in Iraq but I have many times been in that position of not 'feeling like' communicating much.. Whether it is times of change or just times of trial and testing.. it is always easier to get bogged down with the internal struggle than communicating.. I guess that's why the Apostle Paul said, "To do good and to communicate, forget not, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased." Seeing as Paul was over in that part of the world, maybe he felt a bit like you've felt.. just over-whelmed and tired, wanting to "go home".. etc. He sure hit it on the head when he called commication a "Sacrifice".. it's hard but your friends, family and loved ones need to hear from you, whatever the cost! Thanks so much for writing and letting us know you are alive.. I love you and pray for you daily... Please keep writing.. K?

I read what you wrote about warcraft and dad's comp, I guess I never have been so great at being sneaky, and succeeding:( I always get caught.
One more thing Tim do you ever play online games? there's a free one that I play, it's got chat and stuff along with it. I tell Mia I use it for witnessing, which I do. but if you'd like maybe we can play it together sometime. :) that might be cool.:) I won't tell you the name yet, because if I recommend someone and they register, I get a penguin lol. anyway.
